Gawd, I can barely stand to read his words anymore; my eyes literally start to glaze over. And to think, I used to hang on every syllable as God's gift.

12-Step addiction programs teach that "We're as sick as our secrets." This thing that broke with Weinstein is a huge societal watershed event. Like a giant boil of toxic, evil, societal co-dependency just bursting all over. Thirty years ago, author Anne Wilson Schaef wrote one of the best ever books on co-depencency: When Society Becomes an Addict. This book formed a major part of my worldview. I believe that the secrets being unleashed initially by Weinstein's accusers and snowballing from there, are possibly a beginning of the end of our addictive society, sometimes called "the poisonous patriarchy." One thing that happened to support my hope was a story on a major network that 67% of women in the USA are size 14 or larger, but only 1-2% of women portrayed in the media are size 14 or larger. The interviewee did a good job telling the size 0 female interviewer where to stuff the message that shames women for not being skinny.

Today, actor Terry Crews told his story of being sexually assaulted by his agent at a party. He said that the courage shown by Weinstein's accusers in coming forward gave him the courage he needed to come to terms with his own PTSD and file charges against his abuser with the police. The interview is POWERFUL. God bless that man:

Actor Terry Crews Discusses Sexual Assault Allegations Against Hollywood Executive

For anyone who can't view the video link above, here's a synopsis of his story. It leaves out one thing that I found so valuable in his interview, though: His defense of all the many, many women who silently bore their assults for so long without speaking out:

Terry Crews’ Alleged Sexual Assault Highlights Hollywood’s Tricky Race and Gender Imbalances
By Aisha Harris

Just a few days after the New York Times Weinstein story broke last month, a couple of prominent Hollywood men joined the groundswell of women’s voices who shared sickening stories of alleged sexual harassment and abuse, including Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Terry Crews. In a series of Tweets, he described in detail an incident from last year in which a “high level Hollywood executive … groped [his privates]” in front of his wife while at a Hollywood party.

I decided not 2 take it further becuz I didn't want 2b ostracized— par 4 the course when the predator has power n influence. (9/cont.)

I let it go. And I understand why many women who this happens to let it go. (10/cont.)

— terrycrews (@terrycrews) October 10, 2017

Last week, Crews filed a police report with the LAPD over the alleged assault, and Variety reported that “sources close to the situation” said Adam Venit, the head of talent agency William Morris Endeavor’s motion picture group, was the accused. (Venit is currently on leave from WME pending an internal investigation; his reprsentatives for Venit, WME, and Crews all declined comment to Variety.) On Wednesday morning, Crews gave his first television interview about the story to Good Morning America, revisiting many of the same details he discussed on Twitter (and more), and this time naming Venit. As the conversation with host Michael Strahan began, he laid out just how powerful Venit is in the business—his clients include Adam Sandler, Eddie Murphy, and Sylvester Stallone—and explained that prior to the Hollywood function he attended last year, he had never had any interactions with him.

EXCLUSIVE: @TerryCrews speaks out; actor shares story of Hollywood harassment:
-- Good Morning America (@GMA) November 15, 2017

Crews went on to allege that at the party, Venit kept staring and “sticking his tongue out” at him in an “overtly sexual manner” amidst the crowd of guests, and then groped his genitals. Crews described jumping back, bewildered, and asking him what he was doing, but Venit allegedly repeated the actions until he finally pushed him away and into the other guests around him. The actor said he then went to Sandler, who was nearby, and told him what happened, and to “Come get your boy.” He added that Sandler seemed as stunned as he was: “It was bizarre to both of us.”

The interview feels notable particularly as it highlights how Crews’ alleged experience both overlaps with and sharply veers from the accounts of many of the other women who have come forward during this month-long period of Weinstein fallout. Echoing the stories of Ashley Judd, Gwyneth Paltrow, Lupita Nyong’o, and many more, he unpacks why, almost two years later, he’s only coming forward about this now, describing Hollywood as a culture that encourages “abuse of power” and stressing the huge power imbalance he was faced with in this situation. “[Venit] looked at me in the end, as if ‘Who’s going to believe you?’” the actor told Strahan. Crews said he felt empowered by the Weinstein allegations because he felt he would finally be believed.

Like those other women (and other men, in the weeks since), his silence was operating from a mode of fear—fear of not being believed, fear for the potential professional repercussions. But as a man, and especially a black man, there are other layers of fear that affected him as well, as he distinctly pointed out, on Twitter and in this conversation—the concern that, had he physically lashed out at Venit (“I felt like I could punch a hole in his head,” said Crews), he would have faced a public historically primed to view someone like him as a monster. “The one thing I knew—being a large African-American man in America—I would immediately be seen as a thug. But I’m not a thug, I’m an artist.” (Interestingly, Crews told Strahan that his wife had warned him previously that “something like this would happen” as a way of baiting him into a PR disaster.)

It’s also telling, though not surprising, that Crews’ instinctual response to Venit’s alleged actions was a feeling of “rage” and the desire to physically retaliate. Most, if not all, of the women who have come forward did not describe having such feelings in the moments of their accounts—some, like Ashley Judd, recalled attempting to placate their abusers with a promise in order to escape, or laughing uncomfortably (as some of Louis C.K.’s accusers recounted), or playing along to some extent before finding an excuse to leave. The gender dynamics are inherently different. It would seem that Crews, a former NFL player, might not have possessed a fear for his own personal safety in the same way that the other women did—though he did share their intense sense of feeling violated, which he described as “emasculation.”

Crews’ story displays an intersection of gender and race that hasn’t been as widely talked about in the wake of the Weinstein fallout. Just by unpacking his feelings, Crews helps to both validate other women’s stories and demonstrate how black masculinity like his own can be both exalted in Hollywood and potentially used against him due to racist assumptions. It also emphasizes how women can be targeted differently from men for similar kinds of abuse. In the end, though, Crews shares a sense of relief that so many other women have described now that he’s talking openly: “It freed me.”

Good for Terry Crews and all the others naming names finally fighting back against all these criminals and tyrants.

Elton John and Bernie Tuapin wrote "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" and released it back in 1973, the year I joined the Bhajan cult. They were talking about it back then (so everyone knew). But it is actually the internet that is making it possible for sexual abuse survivors to join together and get brave enough to finally take action.

I keep humming: "When are you gonna come down?"

And answering the question with NOW!

Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
When are you gonna come down
When are you going to land
I should have stayed on the farm
I should have listened to my old man

You know you can't hold me forever
I didn't sign up with you
I'm not a present for your friends to open
This boy's too young to be singing, the blues

So goodbye yellow brick road
Where the dogs of society howl
You can't plant me in your penthouse
I'm going back to my plough

Back to the howling old owl in the woods
Hunting the horny back toad
Oh I've finally decided my future lies
Beyond the yellow brick road

What do you think you'll do then
I bet that'll shoot down your plane
It'll take you a couple of vodka and tonics
To set you on your feet again

Maybe you'll get a replacement
There's plenty like me to be found
Mongrels who ain't got a penny
Sniffing for tidbits like you on the ground

So goodbye yellow brick road
Where the dogs of society howl
You can't plant me in your penthouse
I'm going back to my plough

Back to the howling old owl in the woods
Hunting the horny back toad
Oh I've finally decided my future lies
Beyond the yellow brick road

Wow, I never understood what that song was about until now. Thanks for posting that. I actually got to see Elton John perform in the mid-70's. He put on a great show.

In today's latest revelations: Al Franken and Sly Stallone are going DOWN!

Al Franken's Mea Culpa (only given AFTER he's publically accused of sexual harassment)

Sylvester Stallone and Bodyguard Accused of Assaulting 16 year-old fan

Eight credible accusers so far against Roy Moore of Alabama, but he's still refusing to drop out. It'll be interesting to see what happens to him.

The sexual abuse excusers and enablers in 3HO still don't get it.

"The sexual abuse excusers and enablers in 3HO still don't get it."

I see that fresh off his current tour of European cities the remarkably resilient abuser Karta Singh Khalsa has announced his 2018 tour dates.

He's a living example of KRI, 3HO Europe and the entire enabling Bhajanist organizations' ability to excuse, cover up and ignore sex abuse.

And YB was so much worse! Keeping a harem, and abusing a harem, with the help of Akal Security guards? There are levels of abusers and YB is high on the list of how low it can go. YB was so good at being so bad.

But discussing levels of abuse soon gets as silly as talking about whose pain hurts worse.

It is wonderful to contemplate the possibility of the demise of the whole Yang-Banging A-Hole culture of "male success" - hot cars, hot women, minions and money to burn and all those "Princely Pleasures" including permission to be an A-hole, and get away with it 24/7, because you CAN.

This Denis Leary song is funny because it expresses the whole nasty scene - the whole FEEL of the "Ha Ha, what you going to do about it? Ha ha!" culture we ALL live in to some extent.

I'm An Asshole!
Denis Leary

Folks, I'd like to sing a song about the American Dream
About me, about you, about the way our American hearts beat
Down in the bottom of our chests, about the special feeling

We get in the cockles of our hearts, maybe below the cockles
Maybe in the sub-cockle area, maybe in the liver
Maybe in the kidneys, maybe even in the colon, we don't know

I'm just a regular Joe with a regular job
I'm your average white suburbanite slob
I like football and porno and books about war

I've got an average house with a nice hardwood floor
My wife and my job, my kids and my car
My feet on my table and a Cuban cigar

But sometimes that just ain't enough
To keep a man like me interested
(Oh no)
No way

No, I've gotta go out and have fun
At someone else's expense
(Oh yeah)
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

I drive really slow in the ultrafast lane
While people behind me are going insane

I'm an asshole
(He's an asshole, what an asshole)
I'm an asshole
(He's an asshole, such an asshole)

I use public toilets and piss on the seat
I walk around in the summertime saying
"How about this heat?"

I'm an asshole
(He's an asshole, what an asshole)
I'm an asshole
(He's the world's biggest asshole)

You know what I'm gonna do?
I'm gonna get myself a 1967 Cadillac, El Dorado convertible
Hot pink with whaleskin hub caps and all leather cow interior
And big brown baby seal eyes for headlights, yeah
And I'm gonna drive around in that baby at 115 mph

Getting one mile per gallon, sucking down quarter pounder
Cheese burgers from McDonald's in the old fashioned
Non-biodegradable Styrofoam containers
And when I'm done sucking down those grease ball burgers

I'm gonna wipe my mouth with the American flag
And then I'm gonna toss the Styrofoam container right out the side
And there ain't a goddamned thing anybody can do about it
You know why? Because we got the bombs, that's why

Two words, nuclear fucking weapons, okay?
Russia, Germany, Romania
They can have all the democracy they want
They can have a big democracy cake walk
Right through the middle of Tienanmen square

And it won't make a lick of difference
Because we've got the bombs, okay? John Wayne's not dead
He's frozen and as soon as we find the cure for cancer
We're gonna thaw out the duke and he's gonna be pretty pissed off
You know why? Have you ever taken a cold shower?

Well multiple that by 15 million times
That's how pissed off the Duke's gonna be
I'm gonna get the Duke and John Cassavetes

And Lee Marvin
And Sam Peckinpah
And a case of whiskey and drive down to Texas
(Hey, you know you really are an asshole)
Why don't you just shut-up and sing the song pal!)

I'm an asshole
(He's an asshole, what an asshole)
I'm an asshole
(He's the world's biggest asshole)

A S S H O L E, everybody

Arf arf arf arf arf arf arf
Fung achng tum a fung tum a fling chum
Ooh, ooh

I'm an asshole and proud of it

IKYTA Covers for Karta Singh

Karta Singh from France, an old timer and one of the biggest KY teachers and KY teacher trainers in Europe has resigned from IKYTA under a long existing cloud of scandal revolving around inappropriate sexual relationships with students and others. This is big, but sadly, not a big surprise.

Letter from IKYTA one week ago is below:

March 23, 2016

Dear Members of the 3HO International Kundalini Yoga Teacher's Association (IKYTA) and National Kundalini Yoga Teacher Associations (NKYTAs), Sat Nam.

As many of you are aware, 3HO and IKYTA are the organizations that Yogi Bhajan established many years ago to serve the needs of students and teachers of Kundalini Yoga and the 3HO lifestyle. A very vital component of these organizations, The Office of Ethics & Professional Standards & Conscious Conflict Resolution (EPS) was created to protect and serve the needs of the students and teachers practicing this sacred technology. The Code of Excellence, which includes the Code of Ethics & Professional Standards of a Kundalini Yoga Teacher was developed with Yogi Bhajan and the Office of EPS has continued evolving the Code to serve the challenges we face as a growing community of Kundalini Yoga Teachers, Teacher Trainers, and practitioners. If there is a violation in the Code of Ethics & Professional Standards of a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, there is a very clear process which a teacher or student can take‐procedure. You can contact the Office of EPS if there is any situation you are concerned about. We can help you sort it out, or move to a Complaint Process, Mediation or Restorative Justice. EPS responds to every complaint, regardless of who or what it is about. EPS now handles complaints regarding Teachers, Teacher Trainers, Ministers or any of our organizations. EPS works very diligently to resolve challenging situations in the most compassionate and necessary ways. There is always an opportunity given by the EPS Office for a person to clear their name and rectify the situation.

Recently, there were formal complaints brought to the Office of EPS about a KRI Mentoring Lead Trainer, Karta Singh from the Amrit Nam Sarovar School in France. In accordance with the Complaint Procedure, Karta Singh was notified of the complaints and given the opportunity to respond. On March 1, 2016, in the middle of the Complaint Procedure, EPS received from Karta Singh, his written resignation as a Teacher of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®, as a KRI Aquarian Trainer Academy Mentoring Lead, as a member of Teacher Trainer Executive Council (TTEC) and as a member of the Aquarian Trainer Academy's Certification Committee, as a Sikh Dharma Minister and as a Khalsa Council Member. Karta Singh was not asked or pressured to leave our organizations. It was his decision to move in another direction. With Karta Singh’s resignation, the Complaint Process stops, as he no longer has standing with our organizations.

There are stories going around that the complaints were based on petty issues. In fact, the complaints contained allegations of breaches of the Code of Ethics & Professional Standards of a Kundalini Yoga Teacher. 3HO, IKYTA and the NKYTAs are here to support each of you during this time of transition and change. We stand as one to answer any questions or concerns you might have. You are part of a worldwide global community of Kundalini Yoga Teachers and practitioners. It is our prayer that we may continue to walk together in this Aquarian Age to serve the needs of those longing to be Healthy, Happy and Holy through this incredible technology and lifestyle of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®. If you have a story to share about your personal experience, please contact Guruka Kaur at We would be grateful to listen to your story about this or any other situation that you may have concerns or questions about. Your story is very important to us, so we can keep growing and face difficult challenges together.

If you were trained in an Amrit Nam Sarovar Teacher Training Program, your certification as a Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher will not be affected. If you are current in your membership with IKYTA and your NKYTA then your membership in these organizations is still in good standing. Please contact your local association for more assistance or clarification.

With gratitude for your service and dedication, Pritpal Kaur Khalsa

Lama Lilan Po Ph.D.

The information from the German Bhajanist honcho, Karta Purkh Singh, is that "leaders" of 3HO, KRI, IKYTA were informed of allegations of abuse by Karta Singh some time ago. And, according to my dim translation, "for years tolerated" and did not pursue the matter.

Karta Singh is French and he teaches courses all over the world. Is there any indication where the complaints originated? Are there German students or teachers coming forward?

Karta Purkh Singh has proven to be a stalwart Kool-Aid drinker and defender of all things Bhajan in the past. It's notable that he is using language about Karta Singh having systematically exploited and abused his pupils. If he's putting that much distance between 3HO and its top European star it's telling.

Dear Sangat,

I am writing you today as a friend, a brother and most of all a seeker for the righteous path.
In May 2005 I moved with my wife Simrat and our children Amrit Singh, then 2 years old
and his sister Amrita Kaur, 5 years old to France. We wanted to support Karta Singh with
his land project. Simrat Kaur wanted to serve her teacher that she was completely devoted
to. I wanted to support her and saw Le Martinet as the right place to serve a higher
purpose. Something I longed for for a long time.

We served at Le Martinet until December of 2012.

In 2012 I came to the conclusion that I could not carry on at Le Martinet. I had to
emancipate myself from the overwhelming presence of Karta. I needed to stand on my
own feet as a man and be free to realize my destiny.

Simrat Kaur was going insane over the rumors and first hand confessions of women who
had sexual relations with Karta Singh. When I confronted Karta he yelled at me, saying
that he would never ever have relationships with students and that Simrat had no proof.
He even demanded the names of the accusing women from me - which of cause I didn’t
tell him.

At that point I knew that he was lying. That he would never admit his short comings. Admit
that he was not a Brahmacharee as he claimed.

I had proof. I have the word of my wife. I also have a receipt for a double room in Slovenia
paid for by Karta with his business Visa card. We left Le Martinet within two weeks, then.
Now, more than one and a half years of distance between Karta and us, Simrat worked up
the courage to confess to me why she still is in such inner turmoil. Why thinking or talking
about Karta and Le Martinet is so painful for her.

In our early years at Le Martinet, when Simrat was doing every thing to serve Karta, while I
was working 7 days a week on the land, 10 to 14 hours a day, while our children were in
dire need of caring parents: Karta made her have sex with him. She did it as a service to
her teacher.

I don’t want to go into details. Simrat told me all of this last week end and I can’t sleep
since then. I can’t think of much else while trying to get through the days and function as a
father and at work.

I do not blame Simrat. She was very unstable when we moved to France. She was blindly
doing whatever Karta as her teacher told her. Even though, she stopped giving into him
some years before leaving Le Martinet, Simrat still today is deeply wounded. She has a
strong aversion against physical contact with me, as a man. She mistrusts men in general.
I am writing you now, telling you about this humiliation by Karta to make this injustice
public. While Simrat and I are working hard to deal with this situation as a couple and as
parents, we talk to many dear friends from the sangat.

We learned in the past few years that Simrat was not alone. We know now of many
students, of many teachers, friends of ours, that Karta had sexual relations with over the
years. These women are intimidated by him, he has humiliated them and their partners,
disrespected their families and children.

Instead of just trusting that GOD and Karma will take care of it, we decided to take a stand.
Out of the countless women we know of, no one has taken action, yet.

I am writing this to create awareness and give you a first hand account of what is
happening now and what is happening since years. Karta is abusing women. He has
abused my wife while I was living with our children under his roof. He has abused me by
treating me as a son while sleeping with my wife. He abused the deep trust I had in him as
a teacher and mentor. He tried his very best to separate Simrat and me, telling her she
was not meant to be a mother. When Simrat quit sleeping with me many years ago
through all of this, he counseled me to start having sex with other women to get the urge
out of my system. He even told me not to take students, since this could make things
complicated. This was in 2008. I then decided that as a teacher I can not accept his
guidance. I would never betray my wife. I now know what he was doing at that time with
my wife, when giving me this advice.

I will not tell any one what to do. We are yogis and practice a lifestyle of awareness. So
please ask yourself: Is Karta Singh a teacher that you can trust? Can you take advice and
guidance from a teacher that is taking advantage in such a way of his position? Yogi
Bhajan told us that the lowest thing a teacher can do is misusing his status as a teach and
misguiding his students - actually, Karta was using these teachings often in class.
I do not confront Karta directly. I know of women who did and that he just told them they
could not understand that he was using healing techniques by Yogi Bhajan. That they were
not yet evolved enough to understand his purpose.

He told the men in the True Man camp that being a Brahmacharee is not about celibacy
but about not being attached to sex. So you can have sex with whoever you like to, as
long as you are not attached. He taught men that they can cheat on their wife, as long as
they are not attached to their lovers.

It is extremely painful to bring all this to paper. Simrat and I have given over seven years of
our lives to serve Le Martinet and Karta Singh. Simrat has barely been with the children in
all those years. We had separated houses after the first two years and a few times almost
got separated for good. So many things become clear to me now.

The betrayal is so big but we stand together, pray together and Guru Ji is guiding us. The
sangat and our families and friends support us.

Please take the action you see fit. Karta will tell the world we are liars, I know. When
confronted he will twist the facts. I have lived for years with him, I know how he behaves. I
confronted him many times when I was suspecting something was going on. But of cause I
didn’t want to believe something that just could not be, that is so outrageous.

Take my word as the truth. Take Simrats word as the truth.

These are no rumors. This is first hand fact.

Thank you for your attention. We bless you.

Vahe Guru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vahe Guru Ji Ki Fateh!

Jap Singh

I often feel that by accepting the 'teacher' concept I went backwards from my natural progress in the world by becoming figuratively a 'child' again. Whereas the necessary mental skills a person must develop to go forward in life are a set of critical skills to judge intelligently if the information you've gathered is sufficient or true enough to weigh your personal experiences and draw reasonable conclusions.

Now we all KNOW that the whole Kundalini Yoga experience has been erupting in more and more, waves upon waves, of yogasms since the Mahan Tantra hit the Astral Planes. And we KNOW that so many of these elderly KY Masters (on Viagra) are busy believing that they own a Shiva Linga, that is super duper special - enlighteningly so. We KNOW that it is NOT just YB and Karta Singh of France who have mis-used their Kundalini Masterly Powers to get their harem fantasies met.

What happens as more and more KY yoga students complain about the way these old KY Dudes treat women?

What happens if after 40 days of doing the Grace of God Meditation, female KY students suddenly access the Grace of Kali?

The dark under world is being exposed.I wonder how many predators are scurrying to silence their victims, yet again!? I hope and pray the tidal wave of truth telling continues to eternity. And we haven't even touched upon the music industry .Jerry Hall said years ago, that Mick Jagger is a dangerous sexual predator.I think she knows what she is talking about.
When will the light shine on Trump and the parties with 15 year old girls?
